Starting immediately, the 4-H Shooters will be practicing on the first & third Sundaysof each month starting at 2:30 pm ending at 4:45 pm After the first of the year the 4-H shooters will be practicing every Sundayof each month until the end of April.

MATCHES ARE HELD THE THIRD SATURDAY OF THE MONTH
( Weather permitting/Scheduling conflicts )
Set up @ 9:00 am
MATCH FEE: $15 to be paid at the range
(cash or check payable to Maxey Rifleman Gun Club)
MRGC supplies the organization with rifles, ammo, mats, cleaning supplies, shooting protection and more. They compete each year with other chapters in hope to making the State Finals. Practices on first and third Sundays beginning in October to December of each year. Beginning in January, it will be every week until our District Match in early May. Practice time will be from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. range is not closed to the practice; any shooters use the long range side. The 4-H leader, Shane Welch, will be the Range Officer during practice, with the 4 H practice having priority.

Membership in the National Rifle Association and the Texas State Rifle Association is encouraged but not required. However, we offer a discount for Members of the Armed Forces, Law Enforcement, NRA & TSRA.
**If applying for a discounted membership, Applicant must show proof and provide NRA or TSRA Membership number. Law Enforcement must show Agency & badge number. Military applicants must provide Branch, Rank, Unit, and Duty Station.
